About

Amanda's interest in nutrition began with a fascination for the science of food and its ability to improve health, quality of life, and long-term wellness. With degrees in both psychology and nutrition, she understands that lasting behavior change involves more than nutrition knowledge alone. Her approach considers the emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle factors that influence eating habits and overall health.

Amanda specializes in weight and metabolic health, GLP-1 nutrition support, women's health, healthy aging, and chronic disease management. Her clinical experience includes helping individuals manage diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney and liver disease, cancer treatment, surgical recovery, stroke rehabilitation, and other complex medical conditions. She enjoys helping clients cut through nutrition confusion and turn evidence-based recommendations into realistic habits that fit their lives.

Amanda believes that small, sustainable changes often lead to the biggest long-term results. She strives to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel empowered to improve their health and well-being.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Indiana State University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, especially to National Parks and destinations that offer opportunities to explore nature. She also enjoys yoga, walking outdoors, swimming, weightlifting, gardening, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her Golden Retriever, Daisy, and Australian Shepherd, Barnum.
