About

Hi! I'm Amanda Sevilla, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for guiding women toward optimal health and well-being. Growing up as a daughter of Filipino immigrants, I witnessed firsthand the importance of nourishing our bodies and honoring our cultural heritage. This experience sparked my desire to help others feel empowered in their health journey through food choices that align with their morals and values.

I love working with women who are motivated to improve their health and wellbeing in a sustainable and realistic way, especially those with digestive issues, low energy, stress, or feeling disconnected from their body and daily routines. Many of my clients are working toward better digestion, more balanced energy, healthier eating habits, eating more plant-forward, an improved relationship with food and their body, and feeling confident and supported in their wellness journey.

My approach is personalized, supportive, and rooted in sustainable lifestyle and habit change. I take an investigative approach to understand why some things just feel off and what else may be connected. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their habits, stress, routines, and nutrition patterns so we can create realistic strategies that feel achievable long term. I focus on helping clients build consistency, self-trust, body awareness, and confidence around food and wellness without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I hold a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University and have additional certifications in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell and Āyurvedic Wellness from Southern California University of Health Sciences. I'm also a Spiritual Life Coach and 500-hour trained Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Teacher, which informs my holistic approach to wellness.
