About Me

Anna's interest in nutrition began at a very young age – her mother was also a dietitian! Anna's passion for heart health is personal, formed by witnessing a strong family history of heart attacks, multivessel heart disease, and open-heart surgery among her grandparents and relatives.

With her experience as the first and only dietitian working in the Georgia Heart Institute Center for Cardiovascular Prevention, Metabolism, and Lipids, she honed her skills in preventive cardiology and lipid management.

She's seen how empowering patients with the right tools and knowledge can significantly improve their quality of life. She’s especially motivated by helping clients feel confident and in control of their health through practical, sustainable changes that they can stick with for life.

She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2020, and her Master of Public Health in 2022. She's heavily involved with the National Lipid Association, contributing to publications and presenting her research at conferences.

One of Anna's favorite things to hear from a client after their session is: "This isn't going to be as bad as I thought it would be! I know I can do this."
