About

Anna Marie Wheeler is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (Maryland and Alaska) with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health. Her passion for nutrition began during her work in physical therapy, where she noticed how often chronic conditions were addressed primarily with medication, while the powerful roles of food, movement, and lifestyle were overlooked. After experiencing her own struggles with fatigue and brain fog—and hearing “your labs look fine” one too many times—she committed herself to studying nutrition more deeply to help others find the answers and support they deserve.

Anna Marie believes that food can act as medicine or a weapon, and that with the right guidance, people can use it to truly transform their health. She specializes in supporting women who feel burned out, dismissed, or simply “not themselves,” particularly during perimenopause and menopause. Many of her clients come to her seeking support for fatigue, brain fog, stubborn weight changes, and hormonal imbalances, as well as sustainable strategies for weight loss, improved energy, and deeper understanding of their individual nutritional needs.

Her approach is rooted in the idea of food as information—focusing on how real, whole foods can influence metabolism, digestion, and energy levels. During early sessions, she partners with clients to explore their relationship with food and identify small, meaningful changes that build lasting improvement over time. She is dedicated to creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered, offering guidance that is practical, personalized, and grounded in science.

As a partner in her clients’ health journeys, Anna Marie provides clarity, accountability, and compassionate support, helping them reclaim their vitality and feel like themselves again.
