About
Hi there! I’m Antoinette Liviola, a Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master’s in Nutrition. My journey into this field began with my own struggles with digestive issues that led to a cascade of health challenges. After countless visits to doctors who couldn’t pinpoint my problems, I finally found a nutritionist practicing functional nutrition. This transformative experience helped me identify the root causes of my issues and taught me the importance of nourishing my body. Inspired by my recovery, I knew I wanted to help others navigate similar paths to wellness.
I specialize in supporting individuals looking to improve their gut health, particularly those dealing with digestive issues like IBS, IBD, GERD, and food sensitivities, as well as autoimmune disorders and metabolic dysfunction. My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, but together we embark on a journey toward healing and empowerment. I believe that understanding your body and what it needs is key to reclaiming your health.
My approach is both intuitive and science-backed. I provide evidence-based resources while also practicing empathy and compassion. In our early sessions, we’ll work to clarify your health goals and develop a personalized plan that fits seamlessly into your life. Over time, you can expect to gain clarity, guidance, and a nurturing strategy for nutrition and lifestyle that feels right for you.
With credentials as an MS, CNS, and LDN, I’m dedicated to providing the support you need to thrive. When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time with my husband and two children, cooking healthy Italian meals, and enjoying great podcasts on personal development. I also practice Pilates most days, which keeps me centered and energized, just like the healthy lifestyle I encourage in my clients.
