About Me

Ashley specializes in Nutrition Therapy for IBS. She is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University. She is also versed in using an integrative medicine based approach specialized in IBS care. Ultimately, Ashley provides personalized guidance to manage symptoms, reduce pain, and enhance digestive comfort.

As a low FODMAP Dietitian, she’ll help you manage and ease the symptoms of IBS through dietary modifications built for IBS, but customized for you with personalized care and meal planning. Whether dealing with IBS-D (diarrhea-predominant), IBS-C (constipation-predominant), or mixed symptoms, Ashley will help you find gastrointestinal balance and restore quality of life.

Ashley leverages the latest in mind-body interventions to help clients heal their relationship with food, but also with themselves. She strives to help her clients relieve stress, appreciate stillness, reconnect with their body and mind, develop mindfulness, and a sense of inner peace.

When Ashley isn’t supporting her clients, you can find her out in nature with her husband Adam, more than likely on the beach enjoying the sunrise, watching the waves, filming a yoga practice or getting puppy cuddles on the mat from their dog Johnny. They like to travel and explore, so they may be off on an adventure in nature right now.
