About Me

I became interested in nutrition from the time I was a child. Growing up with a type 1 diabetic mother, I learned early on that what we eat can impact our health on many levels.

I graduated from the Florida State University and then completed my internship at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

Over the years, I have been blessed to work as both an educator and manager for large hospitals, small rural facilities, fitness studios, and more. My current focus has been learning more about women's health concerns over the life cycle. My passion is helping women with hormonal imbalances, PCOS, insulin resistance, weight loss resistance, autoimmune issues, and more. I hope to empower women to feel good in their bodies and get the most out of life.

In my spare time, I love hanging out with my two boys and husband, exploring hiking trails, going to the beach, cooking, and lifting weights.
