About Me

Autumn is a registered dietitian, mother of two, and currently resides in Minnesota. She has a holistic approach to health, and places a large emphasis on using food as a form of healing. She specializes in hormone health including prediabetes/diabetes, insulin resistance, weight loss, infertility, pregnancy, thyroid disorders, PMS, menopause, PCOS, and other related women's health issues. She's also passionate about helping clients with digestive issues, food sensitivities/intolerances, and preventative health.

Autumn's goal when working with clients is to help them get to the root cause of their health struggles, and help them create sustainable lifestyle changes to overcome them. She has a holistic approach to health, and looks at all the different faucets of health.

She holds a Masters degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and a Bachelors degree in Community Health Education from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She is also a Certified LEAP Therapist where she works with her clients on uncovering food sensitivities.

When Autumn is not working or playing with her two young children, she loves going to a yoga class, trying new recipes in her kitchen, reading, checking out coffee shops with her husband, and finding any excuse to go to Target (solo of course!)
