Her experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and CKD, as well as focusing on disease prevention and healthy aging. Aylin is particularly passionate about helping clients develop sustainable habits that promote long-term health, especially through intuitive eating and behavior change.

Aylin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from San Diego State University and completed a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from California State University Northridge.

In her free time, Aylin enjoys staying active outdoors by running or walking her dog, as well as finding joy in baking and cooking for her friends and family.
