About Me

After earning a degree in Dietetics from the University of Delaware, attending a rigorous internship program at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University) and receiving a Masters degree in Public Health from NYU, Beth has practiced in the field of Nutrition for over 15 years. She was drawn to nutrition after taking an introductory Nutrition class in college and learning about the science behind food and how it relates to overall health. After only a year of practicing clinically, she helped to discover her own diagnosis of Celiac Disease at a time when gluten-free options were much less abundant than they are currently. Having an autoimmune condition treated by diet has allowed her to truly understand and empathize with her clients.

Beth has had the opportunity to work in many areas of nutrition including wellness, obesity, heart health, gastroenterological conditions, autoimmune disease, women's health and more. Her work in food allergy research at Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC allowed her to truly understand how allergies can impact both an individual and their family.

Beth loves being outdoors, spending time with family, traveling to new places, trying new foods, lifting heavy weights and staying current on nutrition and health research. She believes that success is not just a number on a scale. It is being able to walk or run further today than yesterday, feel confident trying a new recipe, or build a healthier relationship with food. She welcomes the opportunity to assist you in achieving your nutrition and health goals.
