About
Bre's interest in health & healing began after her brother's numerous deployments to Iraq & Afghanistan left him with severe PTSD & difficulty re-acclimating to civilian life.
Having a background in trauma-ICU, neuro-ICU, & psychiatric care, she joined the United States Navy in hopes of utilizing her skill-sets in a broader fashion. While supporting clients who struggled with mental health, alcoholism, eating disorders, weight management, & a variety of other health conditions, the need for more holistic-based care was evident. This prompted Bre to go on to obtain her Master's degree in Integrative Health.
Formally trained in coaching, guided imagery, meditation, & mindfulness, Bre enjoys utilizing these practices with her clients, while also promoting other healing modalities that aid in restoring balance & promoting well-being.
On a personal level, Bre enjoys playing & watching sports (football, basketball, & baseball), hiking with her dog (German Shepherd/Pitbull mix), eating, & traveling (50 countries & counting).
