About Me

Brianna Brand is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to empowering clients with the tools and knowledge to thrive. Her passion for health and nutrition began in high school as a competitive swimmer and weightlifter. Despite her active lifestyle, she struggled with body image and often turned to fad diets and underfueling—choices that impacted her performance and well-being. These experiences and her love for science, particularly learning how the human body works, ignited her mission to help others avoid similar challenges by providing evidence-based guidance tailored to their unique needs.

With over seven years as a personal trainer, Brianna has worked with clients ranging in age from 13- to 80+, each with unique goals and backgrounds. She has supported athletes striving for peak performance, individuals navigating health challenges, and those seeking to enhance their overall wellness. Whether helping clients achieve body composition changes, improve strength and endurance, or adopt healthier habits, her approach blends evidence-based strategies with an understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of behavior change. Brianna firmly believes in meeting clients where they are, helping them set meaningful goals, and acting as a supportive guide on their journey to improved health and quality of life.

Brianna’s specialties include sports nutrition, body composition changes, general health, and chronic disease management. She approaches every client’s unique needs with curiosity and dedication, ensuring that no matter their circumstances, she will explore every avenue to find solutions that improve their health. While she supports clients in achieving body composition goals like fat loss or muscle gain, she embraces a weight-neutral philosophy, empowering them to determine whether these goals align with their values and priorities.

Brianna believes in fostering a collaborative client-practitioner relationship, where she not only educates and motivates but also learns from her clients’ resilience and perspectives. Her approach is holistic and adaptable, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and equipped to navigate their unique path to health.

Outside of work, Brianna is a foodie at heart, passionate about creating healthier versions of classic dishes that prove healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland or boring—unless that’s your preference! She enjoys exploring new cuisines, traveling, weight training, being outdoors, and discovering new ways to move her body, such as playing pickleball. For Brianna, health and movement are about finding joy and empowerment—values she wholeheartedly shares with her clients.
