About
The relationship with ourselves influences every health behavior we practice, which is why compassion is woven into every aspect of my care. Lasting health isn't created through willpower or the latest TikTok trends, it's built through knowledge, self-compassion, and sustainable habits. And, over the years, I've seen that many people already know what they "should" do. However, the harder part is navigating the stress, self-criticism, perfectionism, and setbacks that often get in the way. That's where your partner in health comes in - hi, the name's Bri.
I work with patients on a wide variety of nutrition concerns, including digestive health, skin health, weight management, metabolic health, and overall wellness. Every recommendation is individualized because no two people, lifestyles, or health journeys are the same.
When we work together, you can expect a collaborative, judgment-free environment where your goals, values, and lived experiences matter. We'll celebrate progress, learn from setbacks without shame, and build habits that support your health for years to come, not just until the next diet, trend, or burst of motivation. Health happens through the monotonous, everyday "boring" habits that we execute time and time again.
To wrap it up in one sentence: I don't just help you change your habits, I help you change the relationship you have with yourself, so those habits have a chance to last.
The less fun stuff: I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and Functional Medicine and am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Illinois. Outside of work, you'll usually find me on the tennis court, hiking, or spending time outdoors, activities that remind me that health is about building a life you genuinely enjoy living.
