About Me
Britni knows the healing power of nutrition firsthand because she has experienced it herself. For years she suffered migraines, acne and insomnia. These pains led her retreating to a dark room for relief. Britni tried several different approaches to alleviate these pains to no avail before experiencing the transformational alleviation of a balanced diet. By incorporating more protein and healing fats into her diet and swapping processed carbohydrates for more vegetables her life-disrupting symptoms all but disappeared.
Britni was also diagnosed with PCOS and discovered she wasn’t ovulating as a young woman. Doctors told her that a pill could “fix” it in the future if she wanted to get pregnant; but Britni developed a mission to balance her hormones naturally by changing the quality and ratios of foods in her diet. Eventually Britni began ovulating again and was able to conceive and birth three beautiful children. She has guided similar transformational results for her clients for ailments and pains of all kinds.
Britni understands that each body’s biochemistry is different; and she applies an individualized approach to develop improvements. She encourages her clients to approach these diet modifications as a new lifestyle. She maintains familiarity with the most current nutritional research and applies proven solutions as appropriate to client challenges. Britni provides a listening ear and truly cares for her clientele and their goals.
“It is extremely rewarding seeing how nutrition can positively change people’s lives. I am here to support, motivate and educate you the whole way so you can experience the positive effects of nutrition firsthand.”
