About
Brooke Erickson’s interest in nutrition began when her grandmother passed away of lymphoma cancer at the young age of 65. She realized these were her genes, yet she was determined to live a long healthy life. After going through her own journey of healing from stress-related fatigue and burnout — she started to explore how food, light, lifestyle, and the nervous system impact every aspect of wellbeing. Her training in functional medicine and holistic nutrition allows her to support clients through a wide range of concerns, including digestive health, hormonal balance, fatigue, and inflammation. She has a particular passion for helping clients understand how nervous system regulation, circadian rhythm alignment, and cellular health work together to restore energy and resilience.
Brooke believes every person’s body holds the wisdom to heal when given the right support. She combines evidence-based functional nutrition with tools for nervous system regulation, circadian balance, and cellular vitality to help clients feel grounded, energized, and resilient. Her work bridges science and intuition, guiding each client to rebuild trust in their body’s natural rhythm and rediscover how good it feels to feel well.
Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University and completed a master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. She also has continued advanced study in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Quantum Biology. Her work integrates modern research in mitochondrial and cellular function with nervous system and lifestyle practices that promote whole-body healing.
Outside of her professional work, Brooke loves spending time in nature, going to see live music, playing sand volleyball, traveling, and cooking nourishing meals. She’s passionate about personal growth and being in alignment with your authentic self and loves studying Human Design.
