About

Carly’s interest in nutrition started early, cooking with her grandmother and sharing food with family and friends. She learned that nourishing food not only brings people together but also supports growth, development, and overall well-being. She loves the science behind nutrition and translating it into foods people actually want to eat. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions, including pediatric GI and liver disorders, allergies, feeding challenges, growth concerns, and general wellness. She also has a passion for women’s health, guiding clients through perimenopause and menopause and combining practical nutrition with accessible activity to support energy, health, and well-being.

Carly believes everyone deserves personalized, supportive nutrition care. She enjoys helping clients and families find strategies that fit their lives, making healthy eating and activity realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.

Carly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics, Summa Cum Laude, from Loyola University Chicago, and completed her Master’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Eastern Illinois University. She completed her Dietetics Internship and has been a practicing dietitian for over 20 years.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys cooking and baking, strength training, and volunteering with her church’s meal kitchen. She’s actively involved in her children’s activities, including football, lacrosse, and Irish dance. Carly has two Rottweilers and is proud to be an Army wife.
