Caroline is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about helping people experience the powerful role nutrition plays in supporting their health, energy, and longevity. She believes that feeling your best extends beyond what’s on your plate. Health is shaped by many interconnected factors — including nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, stress, hormones, mood, biology, and environment — that influence how we feel and function each day. Caroline takes a whole-person approach, partnering with clients to create an individualized plan that brings these pieces together in a way that fits their life.
Caroline understands that life is busy and change can feel overwhelming. That’s why she prioritizes collaboration — helping clients achieve their goals by building realistic, sustainable habits. Her aim is to create a supportive environment where people can fall in love with the process of improving their health, knowing that small, consistent steps lead to lasting change.
As someone who values movement and meaningful social connection, food not only nourishes us but fuels the activities we enjoy and brings people together. She enjoys strength training, cycling, and Pilates, and strives to help clients feel strong and confident in their bodies. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring coffee shops and delicious eats around the Twin Cities, walking her doggos, getting creative with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with loved ones.
“Health is like a rainbow – unique from every angle and stage of life. Too often we zoom in and fixate on chasing the pot of gold at the end, overlooking the beauty of the rainbow itself. Health isn’t a quick fix or short-term pursuit; it’s a lifelong journey. My goal is to help people zoom out, value their entire journey, and empower them to embrace the process – not just the chase.”
