Casey Bramble

Hi! my name is Casey! As a former competitive gymnast, my interest in nutrition started early as I wanted to understand more about how eating affected my performance. I spent 20+ hours training each week and was determined to maximize that effort. I went on to compete in collage club gymnastics, where I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bowling Green State University. After undergraduate, I went on to receive my Masters degree in Sport Nutrition at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. After continuing my education I completed my dietetic internship through Iowa State University.

I am passionate about help people and being able to make a change. I want to help you achieve your goals through nutrition and wellness!
