About Me
Caylee (they/them) began their journey into nutrition after several personal health struggles, including living with multiple autoimmune diseases, plus living with chronic headaches and stomachaches. After changing their eating habits, Caylee experienced huge improvements in their health, and set out to help other feel better too.
Caylee's training in medical nutrition therapy can support clients with a variety of issues, such as autoimmune disease, auto-inflammatory disease, gut health, disordered eating, heart health, neurodivergence, disease prevention, and overall wellness. They are passionate about these issues, because they have lived experience in coping with them.
Caylee believes that all people deserve nutritional care, and practices with a gentle client-centered approach. They want to help you create a relationship with food and your body that feels safe, centers your intuition, and will last a lifetime.
Caylee graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and from Hunter College after completing their Dietetic Internship.
Caylee enjoys gardening, walking their dog, and biking all around New York City.
