About Me

Chelsa Dimond has been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics degree from Utah State University and a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University. Through her years of experience she has developed a passion for helping individuals identify and remedy nutrient inadequacies and develop a healthy relationship with food. She believes that everyone is unique and creates customized health solutions in line with each individual's health and life circumstances. She is the co-author of an educational cookbook (Time to Nourish), which focuses on helping busy families meet their nutritional needs, with particular focus on the 10 most common nutrient inadequacies. She also manages a nutrition focused blog (checkinwithchelsa.com) with the same goal of making nutrition easy and accessible.
