About

Christina's interest and passion for nutrition began in 2007 due to the discovery of food intolerances. She had to completely revamp what she ate and adapted to a whole foods approach. This was life-changing, so much so that she went back to school to become a registered dietitian.

With 13 years of experience, she has helped countless clients fine tune their eating habits, improve their relationship with food, lose weight, improve energy and blood sugar. Christina has additional passion for the areas of Lyme disease, food allergies, food intolerances, gut health and support with GLP-1's. She find true joy and fulfillment in helping others establish a balanced lifestyle!

Christina's philosophy is a whole foods, non-diet approach emphasizing simplicity. She integrates personalized strategies into your routine by understanding your lifestyle and goals. Her step-by-step approach makes sustainable changes easier for anyone with any health goal to achieve. She is empathetic, supportive and will be your biggest cheerleader!

Christina graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and a Master of Arts in Nutrition Education from Immaculata University.

When Christina is not working, she enjoys daily movement (Popsugar fitness and Juice & Toya), cooking new GF/DF recipes, golfing & traveling with her husband and hanging out with her English Mastiff, Dolly!
