I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over eleven years experience delivering evidence-based, patient centered care in a variety of settings. These include performance sports nutrition, functional and integrative nutrition in health and wellness, inpatient chronic care, and outpatient medical nutrition therapy. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a focus on Sports Nutrition and my Master of Science in Exercise Physiology both from UNLV.

I am also a two-time Olympic Trials Qualifier in the Marathon. I compete at an elite level in several distances but my specialty has been the marathon and half marathon. I am actively involved in the endurance community sharing my love for athletics with individuals of all abilities. I aim to bring this same passion to my professional relationship with clients.
