About Me
Christine has long held a strong passion for the human health sciences. In her early 20s, she focused her studies on nutrition, motivated by a desire to prevent chronic illness rather than solely treating it through traditional medicine. With a deep interest in exercise nutrition and extensive clinical experience in medical nutrition therapy, Christine has supported patients across diverse populations through targeted diet intervention. Christine finds the greatest reward in helping individuals achieve their personal goals—whether that’s weight management, developing a healthier relationship with food, or unlocking optimal performance potential.
Christine recognizes that nutrition is often overlooked and underutilized within the healthcare system and is committed to helping clients take an active role in their health. She takes a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental approach to counseling, working closely with each individual to develop realistic, personalized strategies. By conducting thorough assessments and tailoring her guidance to fit each client’s lifestyle, Christine ensures her recommendations are both practical and sustainable for long-term success.
Christine graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and went on to earn a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. She is an experienced clinical dietitian in both acute care and outpatient settings and holds a Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults from the Commission on Dietetics Registration. Her continuing education includes advanced training in nutrition education, diabetes care, integrative and functional nutrition, gastrointestinal nutrition therapy, lipid management, and GLP-1 nutrition interventions.
Outside of her work as a dietitian, Christine enjoys walking her pit bull, Bella, kayaking around San Diego Bay, and finding new hiking trails throughout Southern California. She also loves trying creative new recipes in the kitchen, listening to science podcasts, riding her Peloton to her favorite rock playlists, and exploring local wineries with friends.
