About Me
Courtney has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for over 12 years. She holds a specialty certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University and completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
She received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from The University of Alabama. She is a former collegiate cross country and track runner who has completed four marathons and an Ironman triathlon.
