About

Cristal is a Registered Dietitian and former NASM-certified personal trainer based in Texas. Her passion for nutrition has been shaped by navigating her own health challenges, motherhood, and the demands of everyday life. Along with her faith, these experiences have influenced her belief that health is not about perfection or rigid rules, but about balance, intention, and honoring both the mind and body with care and respect.

Her work extends beyond food choices alone. Cristal focuses on the connection between food behaviors and overall well-being, recognizing the close relationship between nutrition, the nervous system, and how the body responds to stress, routine, and environment. By incorporating principles of neuroscience and behavior change, she helps clients build sustainable habits that support both physical health and mental resilience.

Outside of her professional work, Cristal enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and family dog (Great Pyrenees). She enjoys staying active, cooking nourishing meals, listening to books or podcasts, watching a good show/movie, and spending time outdoors. These everyday moments reinforce her belief that health is best supported through balance, gratitude, and consistency rather than extremes.

Care Philosophy

As a wife and mother of two, Cristal understands how busy and overwhelming life can be. She believes nutrition should support daily life, not add stress to it. Her approach is holistic, individualized, and rooted in sustainability, emphasizing nourishment, balance, and realistic changes that can be maintained long term.

She takes time to understand each client’s lifestyle, goals, food behaviors, and stress patterns in order to create plans that align with both the body’s needs and the nervous system’s capacity. Her goal is to support lasting change that honors the whole person and their values.
