About
I help women feel aligned with their bodies, enjoy food with freedom, and confidently nourish for fertility through family life. I blend science-backed nutrition with mindset, lifestyle, and real-life flexibility - so food supports your health, hormones, and daily life in a realistic, sustainable way, while nurturing a positive, wholesome relationship with food for life.
I’m Aderet Dana Hoch, MS, RD, CDN, a Registered Dietitian supporting women and families through all stages of life - from preconception and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and long-term health. My approach blends science-backed nutrition with mindset, lifestyle, and real-life flexibility, so eating supports your health, hormones, and daily life in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
I work with many women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their bodies - and are ready for a more compassionate, sustainable approach.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health from NYU and a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, with experience in both clinical and private practice settings.
On a personal level, I believe food should be nourishing, enjoyable, and shared. I’m passionate about women’s health, seasonal eating, sustainability, and supporting local food systems. Outside of work, I love being outdoors, exploring food culture, and - of course, never skipping chocolate dessert.
I became a Dietitian to help people feel at peace with food while still caring for their health. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered, so nutrition becomes a foundation for your life.
