About
My interest in nutrition began since a really young age (about 10 yrs of age) when I got intrigued and thrilled by all the benefits that foods have for us. Maximizing the nutrients in our body depends on how and what we eat, so I wanted to help others improve their overall health and have their best life possible. Thus, I chose nutrition as my career path.
One of my current areas of focus is weight management since I consider it to be very important not only to prevent and manage diseases, but also to improve the emotional, mental and overall health and wellbeing. Also, making sure infants and young children are well-nourished has been a priority to me since I consider these stages to be detrimental to their future. Working with pre and post-partum women has always been significant, too.
I consider empowering clients to be key for their success. My perspective is client-centered and judgement-free. Providing you with a science-based approach and motivation is important to obtain the best results in this step by step process. I am here to support and guide you to reach your goals in an understanding and encouraging environment. I welcome patients from different backgrounds, knowing that each person is different, but that all are capable of great accomplishments
