Dawn’s interest in nutrition started as a child. Her mom was a caterer and Sunday dinner was always a tradition in her large Italian Family. Dawn is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree and a strong background in clinical practice. In the beginning of her career, Dawn worked in a hospital with post-surgical patients, focusing on cancer patients and those in cardiac rehab. Dawn started her own practice when she became a mom to work in a more part-time capacity while raising her two daughters.
Passionate about supporting clients through all stages of life, Dawn’s style of practice emphasizing the three “Ps”: Personalized, Preventive, and Plant-forward nutrition strategies that support long-term health. She is skilled in delivering evidence-based guidance tailored to diverse populations, including men’s health, women’s health (pregnancy to menopause), pediatric and adolescent nutrition, sports nutrition, and chronic disease support, particularly for cardiovascular disease and cancer.
Dawn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and completed her master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Northridge.
Dawn enjoys spending time with her adult children, cooking & baking, gardening, working out, going to concerts and training her German Shepherd!
