My interest in nutrition began with my daughter's battle with mental health and the toll on her overall health with medications that increase the appetite and lethargy. That path led to obesity and diabetes. General health and longevity is what I want for my clients along with a good quality of life. A no-nonsense and supportive collaboration is what I strive for.

I returned to school after 22 years in the USAF and received a bachelor of science in dietetics from Radford University and also many hours of supervised practice through The University of North Florida. I have worked for 6 years in hospital, serving patients that are extremely ill and hope to prevent this in others. My personal interests are healthy cooking, staying in shape and caring for my family and dogs.
