About

Denine Rogers’ interest in nutrition began early in life, inspired by seeing how food and lifestyle could transform health and vitality within her own family and community. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, digestive disorders, and chronic inflammation, as well as those seeking overall wellness and disease prevention. Denine has a deep passion for integrative and functional nutrition, especially in the areas of gut health and skin healing, where she loves helping clients uncover the root causes of imbalance and feel empowered to restore harmony from within. She believes everyone deserves compassionate, personalized nutritional care and practices with a holistic, whole-person approach. Denine finds great joy in guiding each client toward discovering their unique path to nourishment, balance, and lifelong well-being.

During your initial session, we begin by assessing your symptoms using a comprehensive evaluation form. This includes a lifestyle section designed to identify habits that may contribute to your symptoms, such as eating patterns, stress management, and exercise routines. With a clear understanding of your health issues, we can then collaborate on crafting an individualized treatment plan. Together, we will explore various solutions tailored to your unique needs, ensuring we find the best approach for your health and well-being.

Denine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Howard University - B.S. in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics in Washington, DC She also completed a M.S. Complementary Alternative Medicine Degree & Graduate Certificate in Herbal Medicine with Honors at American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, OR
