My goal is to be a realistic guide who makes nutrition feel approachable, personalized, and truly doable.

I work with clients who are ready to take action but seek guidance and accountability along the way. Many of my clients come to me with the desire to build consistent routines and develop a healthier relationship with food. My focus areas include sustainable habit building, intuitive eating, and metabolic health, including type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and PCOS.
