Diala Rafidi is a Registered Licensed Dietitian with advanced training in Nutritional Science and Dietetics, dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based nutrition care across the lifespan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Oakland University in Michigan, completed her post-baccalaureate degree in Dietetics at Wayne State University, and finished a two-year supervised dietetic internship with clinical rotations in hospitals, nursing homes, and diabetes clinics. She later obtained her Master of Science in Nutritional Science from Arizona State University and is currently licensed to practice in 10 states.

Diala brings extensive clinical experience working with diverse populations, from NICU infants to older adults, and specializes in complex medical nutrition therapy. Her areas of expertise include diabetes and prediabetes, gestational diabetes, kidney disease and dialysis, cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS and GERD, food allergies and sensitivities, eating disorders, malnutrition, oncology nutrition, bariatric care, pediatric nutrition, PCOS, thyroid conditions, and weight management.

She takes a personalized, culturally sensitive, and practical approach to care, supporting clients with a wide range of dietary preferences including anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, halal, low FODMAP, ketogenic, plant-based, vegan, vegetarian, high-protein, and intermittent fasting approaches. She is also experienced in working with American, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern cuisines.

Diala’s goal is to empower clients with realistic, sustainable strategies that improve long-term health outcomes while building confidence and a positive relationship with food through compassionate, individualized nutrition counseling.
