About
Hi there! I’m Eliana Terry, a Registered Dietitian and nutrition enthusiast. I became passionate about this work after navigating my own struggles with body image during my time at my undergrad at Union College. I became a vegetarian and by paying more attention to food, I felt 1000x more confident in my body. By focusing on a healthier lifestyle overall, including regular exercise and a balanced diet, I not only achieved my weight goals but also felt my absolute best. That's when I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
My work at Berry Street focuses on helping others to address their nutrition concerns. Whether you're looking to gain/lose weight, or discuss another medical condition, I'm here to support you in making sustainable, realistic changes that fit your lifestyle. I also have a special interest in conditions like diverticulosis, IBD, cardiac issues, tube feeds, cancer, lowering cholesterol, diabetes and dementia. I've seen firsthand how a healthy diet can make a significant difference in these areas.
When we work together, my goal is to help you develop a healthy relationship with food and make peace with your body. We'll focus on evidence-based nutrition advice that's tailored to your needs, budget, and preferences. My approach is always sustainability-focused, so you can feel confident that the changes we make will be lasting. In our sessions, we'll take a step back from quick fixes and fad diets and focus on building healthy habits that bring you joy and energy.
As a RD with a Master's from Framingham State University, I'm committed to providing culturally sensitive and compassionate care. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me reading, exercising, playing with my two boys, or hiking with my catahoula dogs. I'm grateful to be part of the Berry Street team and look forward to supporting you on your nutrition journey.
