About Me

I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University, Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from The University of Alabama, a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama, and my Dietetic Internship at Wellness Workdays Dietetic Internship.

After spending most of my life navigating food allergies and sensitivities, it was blatantly clear that there was a large gap in evidence-based nutrition information for this population. Access to misinformation is available more than ever with social media. Misinformation can lead to activities that could ultimately have negative long-term effects. I believe everyone has the right to accessible evidence-based information in order to make informed decisions for themselves!

In addition to my coaching philosophy, I also believe that with knowledge, comes strength. Combining my expertise as a dietitian and my training as a health coach allows for us to work as a team to build each other up, rather than the outdated "I talk, you listen," method. With my coaching approach, you will see that you have the power take the reins and carve out your own wellness journey.

When I'm not helping my clients create habits they enjoy, I spend my time reading, knitting and crocheting, with my dog and family, and being active - I enjoy walking, yoga, pilates, and weight lifting.
