About

Emily Brown is a clinical nutritionist and wellness consultant who helps individuals, workforce teams, and healthcare organizations build sustainable health and wellness strategies rooted in evidence, empathy, and lived experience.

Through her business, Bridge Health, she supports high-performing professionals, teams, and individuals navigating autoimmune conditions, chronic illness, hormonal transitions, and invisible challenges such as burnout. Her approach blends functional and precision nutrition, behavioral science, and personalized coaching to help clients restore energy, reconnect with their bodies, and define wellness on their own terms—without relying on restrictive diets.

Her path to this work began with a personal health crisis. In 2008, following a high-risk pregnancy complicated by severe preeclampsia, she developed multiple autoimmune-related conditions, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and vitiligo, which she continues to manage today. That experience reshaped her understanding of health and healthcare, ultimately leading her to pursue advanced clinical training and board certification in functional nutrition and health coaching.

Today, she draws on both her professional expertise and lived experience to guide clients through complex, often frustrating health journeys with clarity, compassion, and realism. She specializes in anti-inflammatory, whole-food nutrition, evidence-based behavior change, and personalized care plans designed to address root contributors while supporting long-term sustainability.

Her mission is to make wellness more inclusive, accessible, and practical—especially for women, communities of color, and working professionals who are frequently overlooked or underserved in traditional models of care.
