Flannery's passion for nutrition started with a love for food and a determination to solve some of her own health challenges. Her training as an RD and functional nutritionist have shaped her well-rounded, holistic approach to working with clients. Her area expertise is women's health - including fertility, PCOS, menopause and gut health.

She also has experience working with disordered eating and one of her top priorities is helping her clients make changes to support their health goals while cultivating a positive relationship to food. She believes it's necessary to balance healthy habits with things that bring us joy.

She has a Master's Degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University and has completed additional training in functional nutrition, women's health and digestive health. She is also a certified yoga teach and emphasizes the importance of mindfulness and stress management in her work with clients.
