About

Gabriella's interest in nutrition started in high school as she learned about her own families health issues related to diet, stress, and genetics. She believes the environment we are from, the people we come from, and the cultures that surrounds us impacts not only our diet, but or health. It doesn't have to be the stopping point that determines our future though.

Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as weight gain/loss, PCOS, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and chronic inflammation. Gabriella has additional passion for the areas of hormonal health, working with different cultural foods, and cooking because these all are areas she has explored in her own life.

She believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a holistic and simple approach. They feel that everyone has the ability to heal themselves if they have the right tools and support system.

Gabriella graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Minnesota.

Gabriella has proficiency and can have basic conversations in Spanish.
