Gabrielle Lewis-Lungo is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist who brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her practice. Having personally recovered from an eating disorder, Gabby approaches every session with compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges that come with food and body image. Her own journey included managing SIBO flare-ups, low blood sugar, and ongoing hormonal recovery, which has strengthened her ability to support clients navigating health conditions.
Gabby also has nearly a decade of experience in fitness, specializing in body recomposition, weight loss, and performance-related goals. She loves exercise and encourages her clients to find movement routines they truly enjoy. Her professional philosophy centers on making nutrition and health sustainable and realistic while supporting clients in managing health conditions and preventing disease.
Gabby earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Long Island University and her master’s degree from the University of Bridgeport. She completed her clinical training through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Program and values continuously learning and adapting her practice based on new research and developments in the field. She takes a personalized, science-backed approach, focusing on strategies that align with each client’s unique goals, health history, and lifestyle, emphasizing sustainable practices that empower meaningful, lasting change.
