About Me
Haley's passion for nutrition began when she was a high school lacrosse athlete. She quickly realized the vital role nutrition plays in how we feel, how we perform, and in overall health. Haley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University and went on to complete the Sports Nutrition diploma program with the International Olympic Committee. She has experience working with clients with a variety of goals, from healing their relationship to food, weight loss, blood sugar stabilization, and lowering cholesterol levels to maximizing exercise performance and enhancing recovery through nutrition, among many others!
Haley believes when people truly feel their best, everything and everyone in their life benefits: relationships, confidence levels, motivation, and more. She is eager to help clients reach their goals through sustainable habit formation for long-term health and wellness. Haley firmly believes in the importance of working with our bodies, not against them, in incorporating healthy habits into our lives, not our lives into healthy habits, in healing our relationships with food so it doesn't consume our thoughts and moods, and in making nutrition meaningful and fun for each individual client.
Aside from nutrition, Haley loves to travel, be active, and enjoy good food with good company. Her dog Kai joins her for hikes and trips to the beach, two of her favorite weekend activities!
Whether working with athletes looking to maximize performance or individuals seeking to improve their daily well-being, Haley's personalized approach ensures each client feels supported, empowered, and equipped with the tools to succeed; she looks forward to helping you achieve your goals!
