I am passionate about nutrition counseling, with a focus on women’s health, PCOS, eating and feeding disorders, gastrointestinal health, and diabetes

My approach to nutrition therapy is versatile and person-centered. I aim to empower

individuals with greater understanding of nutrition and their bodies that builds confidence in their health journey.

I have advanced training in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which I integrate into my practice to support lasting lifestyle changes. My counseling approach encourages acceptance and resilience amid the natural ebb and flow of our changing lives.
