Growing up on a farm in Illinois, Hilary fell in love with how food is grown to nurture, excite and strengthen us. Advising college athletes, pregnant and new moms, veterans, diabetics, weight management patients, surgical patients and other communities around the country has given Hilary a broad base of experience to empower her patients to achieve their goals.

Hilary graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Illinois State University and completed a Master’s Degree from Louisiana Tech University.

Hilary enjoys reading and volunteering at a local animal shelter.
