About

As a mind–body dietitian, Holly brings a truly unique perspective, blending her background in psychology, personality research, and nutrition to create a whole-person approach to healing. Her entry into integrative health began with her own transformative experience—overcoming debilitating digestive issues, depression, and a chronic bladder condition. Through a “Food as Medicine” philosophy and a commitment to steady, realistic change, she went from suffering to genuinely thriving. Now, she guides others along that same integrative path to wellness.

Holly’s treatment approach combines targeted testing, personalized supplementation, and patient-led counseling to support small but meaningful shifts that accumulate into long-term transformation. She blends expertise in integrative and functional nutrition with a deeply compassionate, grounded style that meets clients exactly where they are.

Holly believes healing happens when we consider the full picture—mind, body, hormones, gut, and nervous system—and her work empowers clients to reclaim energy, stability, and confidence from the inside out.

Her specialties include (but are not limited to) gut health, mental health, autoimmune conditions, interstitial cystitis, and metabolic disorders. She also holds advanced training in mind–body medicine, SIBO, PCOS, POTS, disordered eating, the low FODMAP diet, and Intuitive Eating.
