About Me
Jacquelyn's interest in nutrition began after her own struggles with an eating disorder and SIBO, which led her to pivot from a career in business to pursue a path in dietetics. These personal experiences ignited her passion for helping others overcome similar challenges in achieving optimal gut health and fostering peace in their relationship with food. Through her approach to nutrition counseling, Jacquelyn supports clients with digestive issues like SIBO, IBS, and food intolerances while focusing on disease prevention and overall wellness.
She is particularly passionate about empowering individuals with digestive health concerns, guiding them not only to manage symptoms but also to improve their quality of life through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. As a Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned provider, Jacquelyn supports each client’s journey toward health without a focus on weight, dieting, or restriction—believing instead in sustainable, inclusive care that centers the whole person.
Jacquelyn believes that all people deserve compassionate, individualized support and approaches each client with a holistic mindset that honors their unique journey toward healing and food freedom.
She holds a Master’s of Science in Applied Nutrition and is certified in the Low FODMAP Diet for IBS by Monash University.
For fun: Jacquelyn enjoys exploring nature, cooking up new recipes, spending time with her cat Clover, and making memories with her amazing friends and family.
