About Me
Jasmine's journey into the world of nutrition is deeply personal. Sparked by her family's history of diabetes and a passion for endurance sports, Jasmine sought to understand the intricate needs of her body and how to optimize her health and performance. This quest not only led to personal growth but also ignited a desire to help others. Jasmine now has over 3 years of experience in nutrition consulting.
While embracing a realistic and individualized approach to wellness, Jasmine understands that each journey is unique and meets her clients right where they are in theirs. Jasmine combines her professional expertise with personal understanding, offering compassionate and effective guidance. She is also deeply attuned to the unique needs of adults who need assistance in addressing the underlying layers of negative nutritional habits and behaviors they may have developed during their adult life or childhood. Jasmine also educates her clients on the importance of championing mindful eating practices and recognizing the significance of mental well-being in their journey towards physical health.
Her approach goes beyond traditional methods. She believes in promoting healthy habits through realistic behavior modifications. She guides her clients by assisting them in integrating new practices into their current lifestyles at a pace that is comfortable for each individual. Her goal is not just to advise, but to empower, helping each individual unlock their potential for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama. Currently, she is further expanding her expertise as she works towards her certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
