About Me

Jenna specializes in Intuitive Eating, a way to learn how to understand and honor your body WITHOUT all the guilt, counting/measuring, and fighting with the scale. Her approach is curious and compassionate and teaches you how to be the same when it comes to your food and body. Jenna works within a Health At Every Size (TM) and weight-inclusive framework.
