About Me
Jennifer Pitman, MS, CNS, LDN is a clinically trained Functional Nutritionist and experienced yoga teacher who takes a whole-body, whole-food approach to healing and wellness. Based on the East Coast, Jenn combines the science of nutrition with the art of mindful, personalized care to support individuals in transforming their health from the inside out. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). She also holds a Holistic Health Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell University, and a 500-hour yoga certification through the National Yoga Alliance.
Jenn’s practice is rooted in the belief that the foundation for optimal health and healing begins with a nutrient-dense, health-promoting diet tailored to your unique biochemistry. She specializes in a range of areas including weight loss, women’s health, digestive issues, metabolic disorders, mindful eating, stress mitigation, longevity, and whole-body vitality, just to name a few. Drawing from both clinical science based facts and integrative principles, she helps clients discover a sustainable path to wellness that is aligned with their lifestyle and goals.
