About
Jessica’s interest in nutrition began in college when she took her first nutrition course and realized that her own approach to weight management and healthy eating was not as effective as she had believed. Inspired by the power of nutrition to improve health and well-being, she went on to earn her master’s degree in clinical nutrition from New York University (NYU).
With more than 20 years of experience working with individuals living with chronic kidney disease and dialysis, Jessica has developed a deep appreciation for the role nutrition plays in both disease management and prevention. Her clinical training and experience allow her to support clients with a wide range of health concerns, including prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, kidney disease, digestive health issues, weight management, and overall wellness.
Jessica is passionate about helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term health. She believes nutrition should be practical, individualized, and enjoyable—not restrictive. Whether you’re looking for guidance on healthy eating, support managing a medical condition, or a partner to help you set realistic goals and stay accountable, Jessica is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that meets you where you are.
