About

Hi, I’m Joanne Randolph, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. My passion for nutrition stems from a desire to help others cultivate healthy lifestyles that enhance their well-being. I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance can transform the way people relate to food and their bodies, especially for those managing chronic conditions like diabetes. I work primarily with individuals navigating diabetes and those who want to develop healthier habits for weight management and overall health. Many of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed by the complexities of nutrition and their conditions. My role is to simplify that journey, helping them understand that small, achievable changes can lead to significant improvements in their quality of life. My specialties include diabetes education, healthy lifestyle habits, and weight management. I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care, working closely with clients to identify their unique goals and needs. In our initial sessions, we’ll discuss your experiences and challenges, ensuring we create a plan that feels right for you. Over time, we’ll focus on building realistic nutrition habits that align with your lifestyle, helping you foster a positive relationship with food. As we progress, you can expect to see not only improvements in your health metrics but also a newfound confidence in your ability to make informed choices. I believe that nutrition should be both practical and enjoyable, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, Jazzercise, reading, and baking — activities that keep me energized and grounded as I help others on their health journeys.

We hope these bios help you share your story and showcase your expertise.
