About Me

Jordan’s interest in nutrition started during high school while he was playing football. He quickly learned the critical role that nutrition played in his performance and general well-being. Eager to learn more, he pursued a degree in dietetics at Kansas State University.

His training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows him to support clients with a variety of conditions including cardiovascular disease, weight management, sports nutrition, and men's health. He also has an interest in supporting clients using GLP-1 medications and enjoys helping them navigate changes in a sustainable and informed way.

Jordan has a special interest in men’s health, especially as it relates to energy, body composition, and long-term wellness. He enjoys helping men better understand their nutrition needs and build habits that support confidence, strength, and longevity.

Jordan believes that everyone deserves evidence-based, judgment-free nutrition care. His approach is realistic and collaborative, focused on meeting clients where they are and helping them make meaningful changes that last. He values progress over perfection and works to create a supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and in Nutrition and Health from Kansas State University. He has over three years of clinical experience as an inpatient dietitian, working in med-surg, ICU step-down, and post-surgical units. He has also contributed to hospital employee wellness initiatives, cardiac support groups, and community health events.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Haylee, strength training, anything coffee related, cheering on the Tar Heels, and going on walks with his Cockapoo Bojangles.
