About Me

With over 20 years of experience in the health industry as a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer & Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Julie has developed a personalized approach to help her clients feel great & achieve their specific health goals. Motivated by the desire to heal her own body & help her loved ones who faced chronic illness, Julie spent many years as a post graduate educating herself in holistic health which included whole food nutrition, healing the gut, appropriate movement, and daily practices that heal the body.

Using the concept of biochemical individuality, Julie teaches her clients how to tailor an eating & lifestyle plan that is best for their body’s specific needs. She encourages making small, gradual changes and uses motivational interviewing to elicit client directed behavior modification. She will meet you where you are and guide you down a path that feels comfortable and maybe even exciting!

Most importantly, Julie is passionate about eating food that tastes good! Not giving up her favorite foods but rather figuring out a way to make them healthy was the key to making lasting changes. She is a prolific home chef and runs her own organic, gluten free, refined sugar free baking business. One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching her clients how to eat is seeing how delighted they are when they realize that healthy eating can also be delicious.
